These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the relationship between you and Gamino Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "Company", "us", or "we") regarding your use of our websites, demo games, and related services (the "Service"). For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in this section prevents the Company from seeking injunctive relief in any jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
